We are part of a population where due to disability, injury or ageing some people cannot participate in traditional mat-based yoga. This course addresses the situation by demonstrating how yoga can be adapted to make it accessible to people with restricted movement or mobility: yoga for everyone.
Chair Yoga is an excellent way for people with special needs and older people to loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress, and improve circulation. It also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, protects joints, and builds strength and balance.
The class lasts 35 min, it is a lot of fun, you need to participate a chair, quiet room, space and an internet connection!
I always connect earlier to say 'hi' and to know if you have some some special request to make sure we can find a way to adjust properly the appropriate pose.
The purpose of the class is to stay active, it is quiet hard to stay home during the Covid 19.
In order to be connected to each others , there is a new way to share a good time all together! you just need to come along and follow the teacher
